Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Yellow Submarine Adventure, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while ensuring that we can continue to deliver exceptional experiences and manage our tour operations efficiently.

Standard Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time to avoid any penalties.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will incur a 15% cancellation fee, deducted from the total reservation amount.

Guests who fail to show up for their reservation (no-shows) without prior notice will also be charged a 15% fee of the total booking cost.

Group Cancellations (10 or More Guests)

For groups of 10 or more guests, we encourage rescheduling your tour to a later, more convenient date.

Group bookings must also adhere to the 24-hour cancellation window. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours for group reservations are subject to the 15% cancellation fee.

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests for group bookings, subject to availability.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to support@yellowsubmarineadventure.com or by calling our reservations team directly. The cancellation will only be considered confirmed once you receive written acknowledgment from our team.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

The 15% cancellation fee (if applicable) will be deducted before the refund is issued.

Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event of bad weather or unforeseen technical issues that prevent the tour from taking place, Yellow Submarine Adventure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, with no penalty.

Important Notes

Please ensure you arrive on time for your check-in, as late arrivals may result in missed tours and may be treated as no-shows.

No exceptions will be made for missed tours due to travel delays, unless previously communicated and acknowledged by our team.
