Welcome to Yellow Submarine Adventure, your gateway to an unforgettable underwater exploration in the Cayman Islands. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your tour. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.

General Terms

All submarine tours offered by Yellow Submarine Adventure are subject to availability and weather conditions at the time of departure.

Prices, tour features, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns.

Eligibility & Safety

For safety reasons, all participating children must be at least 3 feet in height.

The safety equipment on board is not recommended for children under this height, and therefore, we cannot permit them on the tour.

All guests must follow the instructions of the crew and safety personnel at all times during the tour.

Weather Policy

Our tours operate rain or shine, but severe weather conditions (such as storms or rough seas) may result in cancellations.

In the event of tour cancellation due to weather, we will offer:

A full refund, or

An opportunity to reschedule at your convenience, subject to availability.

Booking & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Payments can be made through our secure online system or by contacting our reservations team directly.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Guests must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid penalties.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the tour are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

No-shows without prior notice will be treated as cancellations and will be charged a 15% fee.

Group cancellations (10+ persons) may be rescheduled to a later date. Please contact us directly to make arrangements.

Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or late arrival.

Yellow Submarine Adventure reserves the right to issue store credits instead of refunds, depending on the nature of the cancellation.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in any submarine excursion is at your own risk. Yellow Submarine Adventure shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings incurred during the tour.

We are not responsible for delays caused by transportation, weather, mechanical failures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy & Use of Data

Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of booking and communication. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow passengers and crew.

Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Changes to Terms

Yellow Submarine Adventure reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
