CHILDREN

• Children under 2 years old are not permitted aboard the Yellow Submarine due to safety equipment limitations.
• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• A minimum height of 90cm is required for all children to ensure proper seat belt and equipment fit.

TOURS

• Tour details, features, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
• Tours are dependent on weather and sea conditions. Should inclement weather occur, guests are advised to contact our reservations team at +1 (345) 321 – 4157.
• A minimum of 6 passengers is required for each submarine tour due to buoyancy regulations. In cases where this minimum is not met, Kaya Ltd. will offer a rescheduling.

MEDIA RELEASE

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you grant Kaya Ltd. permission to use any images or videos taken during your tour for promotional, advertising, or legal purposes, on behalf of all individuals in your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the tour will not be refunded. However, we will work with you to reschedule your experience where possible.

REFUNDS

• No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) or change of mind.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the reserved tour.

LIABILITY WAIVER

• As a participant in any tour or activity offered by Kaya Ltd., you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Participation is at your own risk. Kaya Ltd. and its representatives are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during your time aboard or while participating in related activities.
• You understand the risks associated with aquatic activities and travel aboard a submarine, including (but not limited to) equipment malfunction, water movement, interaction with marine life, and personal limitations such as sea sickness or dizziness.
• You affirm that you are physically fit for participation and responsible for notifying the crew of any distress or discomfort.
• In the event of injury or illness, medical attention will be delayed until you can be transported to the appropriate facilities.
• Kaya Ltd. and its personnel do not guarantee the ability to perform rescues or administer medical aid.
• By signing the waiver, you waive any right to sue Kaya Ltd., its staff, or affiliates for negligence or harm resulting from participation.
• You agree that you fully understand and voluntarily accept all terms in this document, and that it is legally binding.
• This release applies to all heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

FOR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS

• If you are signing on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so and accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kaya Ltd. from all claims related to the minor’s participation, even in the case of negligence.
• By proceeding with your booking, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as outlined above by Kaya Ltd., operator of Yellow Submarine Adventure.
